MLB Note - San Francisco Giants Blach, Ty
Aug 15, 2017 - 9:11 AM LHP Ty Blach (8-8), only the third San Francisco Giants left-hander to win at least eight games as a rookie, had a poor start on Monday against the Marlins. He allowed nine hits, three walks and six runs and took the loss. Before this start, he had been 2-0 with a 3.00 ERA in August. Colorado's Kyle Freeland, who has 11 wins, is the only rookie in the majors this year with more victories than Blach. No one has shouted yet.
