Saturday night he suffered his first loss in three starts at Petco Park. Overall, he is 6-2 against the Padres in eight career starts with a 2.94 earned run average. He is 2-1 at Petco Park with a 2.84 ERA. Strasburg Saturday allowed two runs (on a Yangervis Solarte first-inning homer) on four hits and a walk with eight strikeouts in six innings in his first start since July 23.
