MLB Note - Tampa Bay Rays Farquhar, Danny
Aug 20, 2017 - 8:19 AM RHP Danny Farquhar was called up from Triple-A Charlotte prior to Saturday's night's road game against the Texas Rangers. Farquhar, 30, was signed by the White Sox as a minor league free agent on July 24 after he was designated for assignment by the Tampa Bay Rays on June 29 and released on July 19. He went 0-1 with a 3.00 ERA over nine innings, one save, 12 strikeouts and a .188 opponents batting average with Charlotte. Farquhar also made four appearances with Triple-A Durham.No one has shouted yet.
