MLB Note - Seattle Mariners Phelps, David
Aug 24, 2017 - 8:04 AM RHP David Phelps was activated from the 10-day disabled list, where he had been since Aug. 8 with right elbow impingement. He entered the game and pitched 2/3 inning and ended up getting the win. Phelps missed 14 games. Since being acquired in a trade that sent four minor-leaguers to the Marlins on July 20, Phelps has appeared in eight outings and held the opposition scoreless in seven. Manager Scott Servais said he would not use Phelps in back-to-back games for the time being.No one has shouted yet.
