MLB Note - Los Angeles Angels Heaney, Andrew
Aug 24, 2017 - 8:04 AM LHP Andrew Heaney gave up four runs on eight hits in five-plus innings Wednesday against the Rangers, getting a no-decision. Heaney started well, striking out the side in the first inning. However, he gave up three solo home runs (two to 3B Adrian Beltre and one to C Robinson Chirinos) and an RBI single so Shin-Soo Choo. "The ball was coming out of his hand really well tonight," Angels manager Mike Scioscia said. "As the game went on, he missed some balls over the heart of the plate, and those guys didn't miss them. It's definitely a step forward from where he was in Baltimore (in his last start)."No one has shouted yet.
