MLB Note - Pittsburgh Pirates Cervelli, Francisco
Sep 19, 2017 - 8:11 AM C Francisco Cervelli, on the DL because of right quadriceps irritation, is being shut down for the season, manager Clint Hurdle said. Hurdle said there is not enough time left for Cervelli to complete his rehab. Cervelli was on the DL four times this season. He hit .249 with a .370 SLG and .342 OBP, with 31 RBIs. He walked 32 times and struck out 65 times.No one has shouted yet.
