MLB Note - Los Angeles Dodgers McCarthy, Brandon

Sep 23, 2017 - 8:30 AM RHP Brandon McCarthy was reinstated from the 60-day disabled list after overcoming a blister issue on the fingers of his right hand. It was McCarthy's third stint on the DL this year after also dealing with knee and shoulder soreness. McCarthy has posted a 3.84 ERA in 16 starts for the Dodgers this season, but would remain a long shot to make the postseason roster.
