MLB Note - Oakland Athletics Graveman, Kendall
Oct 1, 2017 - 7:39 AM RHP Kendall Graveman, who made his last start of the season on Wednesday, is finishing his 2017 season in the role of visiting clubhouse assistant to keep himself busy. During the season-ending series with the Rangers, Graveman has been assisting the clubhouse attendants with their daily chores -- laundry, cleaning cleats, passing out food, among a host of other tasks. He arrived for work at 1 CDT on Saturday to help with dishes. "Day 2 of that," Oakland manager Bob Melvin said. "I hope that's not one extra guy I have to tip. I know the guys are getting a kick out of it."No one has shouted yet.
