Sep 3, 2008 - 11:45 AM Seattle (54-84) at Texas (68-72) 2:05 p.m. EDT

ARLINGTON, Texas (Ticker) -- The Seattle Mariners will look to get back to their winning ways when they take on the Texas Rangers in the final game of a three-game series on Wednesday.

A 6-4 loss on Tuesday snapped the Mariners' season-high four-game winning streak

Mariners starter Felix Hernandez (9-8, 3.27 ERA) will go for his first win against the Rangers this season after dropping a pair of decisions in four starts against the division rival.

The righthander allowed four runs - three earned - six hits and four walks in six innings of work on July 28. On the season, Hernandez has a respectable 3.37 ERA against the high-powered Rangers offense.

The 22-year-old has won his last two starts, including a six-inning, two-run performance with seven strikeouts in a 3-2 win against the Cleveland Indians on August 29.

Dustin Nippert (1-4, 7.53) makes his third start of the season for Texas.

Nippert, 27, lost his first two trips to the mound as a starter, allowing seven runs in four innings of work on August 17 against the Tampa Bay Rays and three runs in 5 1/3 innings against the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim on August 29.

Texas' Josh Hamilton increased his league-leading RBI total to 121 with three more in Tuesday's win.
