Spurs look to improve league's best road record
Jan 2, 2007 - 3:11 PM San Antonio (23-8) at Cleveland (17-12) 7:00 pm ESTCLEVELAND (Ticker) -- Tim Duncan and the San Antonio Spurs have played great on the road this season,, and look to keep it going when they visit the Cleveland Cavaliers on Tuesday.
The Spurs are 11-3 away from home and come off a 95-81 win over the Atlanta Hawks on Sunday. Duncan shook off the flu and scored 17 points and added 11 rebounds to lead San Antonio.
San Antonio is also an impressive 5-1 in the first of back-to-back road games.
The Cavaliers are 3-1 in their last four games but dropped their last outing, a 103-96 defeat to the Chicago Bulls on Saturday.
Cleveland star LeBron James twisted his right ankle in the third quarter and wound up with 33 points for the Cavaliers, who are 13-3 at home this season.
