Clippers look to improve poor road record

ORLANDO, Florida (Ticker) - If the Los Angeles Clippers want to be a force in the NBA, they have to start winning on the road.

The Clippers, only 2-10 on the road this season, go for a rare road victory when they visit the Orlando Magic on Tuesday in the first of a six-game road trip.

Los Angeles defeated the New York Knicks, 90-80, on Sunday for their third straight win. Elton Brand led the Clippers with 32 points and also blocked eight shots to pace the Clippers while Shaun Livingston and Corey Maggette each added 15 points.

The Magic have been struggling lately and their 97-68 win over Miami on Saturday was only their fourth win in their last 13 games.

Dwight Howard scored 18 points and finished with 10 rebounds while Trevor Ariza added 16 points and 10 rebounds for Orlando, which snapped a four-game losing streak.
