Sixers face Jazz after beating Iverson
Jan 3, 2007 - 4:47 PM Philadelphia (9-22) at Utah (22-9) 9:00 pm ESTSALT LAKE CITY (Ticker) -- A night after beating Allen Iverson, the Philadelphia 76ers will visit the Utah Jazz on Wednesday.
Kyle Korver scored 26 points and Andre Miller chipped in 17 and 10 assists as Philadelphia posted a 108-97 victory over Iverson and the Nuggets on Tuesday.
The 76ers are 2-3 on a seven-game road trip that concludes Friday at Minnesota.
Utah swept both meetings from the Sixers last season. Mehmet Okur averaged 23.0 points and 10.5 rebounds for the Jazz in the wins.
Okur scored 20 points and Carlos Boozer notched his 22nd double-double of the season for the Jazz in a 96-86 victory over Portland last Saturday.
