Redd, Bucks hope to end five-game losing streak

INDIANAPOLIS (Ticker) -- The Milwaukee Bucks hope for a better result this time around with Michael Redd in the lineup.

The struggling Bucks will try to snap a five-game losing streak when they visit All-Star Jermaine O'Neal and the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday.

Despite the return of Redd, Milwaukee dropped an 84-83 decision at home to the Eastern Conference-leading Detroit Pistons on Tuesday.

Redd was back in the lineup for the first time since missing 20 games with a strained patellar tendon in his left knee and finished with 17 points.

"I felt OK, just a little rusty," Redd said. "My legs were out of it. I didn't have any legs, really, and I wasn't myself but that's to be expected. I didn't play a lot of minutes, but it felt like a lot of minutes."

The Pacers captured the first two meetings against the Bucks this season and have won five straight games at Conseco Fieldhouse in the series.

Indiana takes the court for the first time since the All-Star break. O'Neal scored 23 points in the Pacers' 114-104 triumph over Memphis last Wednesday.
