NEW YORK (Ticker) -- The Golden State Warriors seek to snap a four-game losing streak when they visit the New York Knicks on Friday.

The league's third-highest scoring team (105 points), the Warriors have averaged just 89.8 while yielding 110.0 during the losing skid. They are three games behind the Los Angeles Clippers for the final Western Conference playoff spot.

Golden State managed just 11 third-quarter points and 25 in the second half in Wednesday's 113-83 loss to the Chicago Bulls. Kelenna Azubuike scored 23 points and Jason Richardson had 17 for the Warriors.

Although the Warriors are just 6-23 on the road, they have won four straight meetings against the Knicks and nine of the last 11 in the series.

New York has dropped three of its last five contests, including Wednesday's 102-94 loss to the Boston Celtics. Quentin Richardson scored 24 points and Stephon Marbury added 23 for the Knicks.

The Warriors posted a 120-101 triumph over the Knicks in their first meeting on February 14. Stephen Jackson scored 36 points for Golden State, while Nate Robinson led New York with 23.
