Boozer, Jazz hope to rebound at home vs. Supersonics

Apr 7, 2007 - 4:01 PM Seattle (30-46) at Utah (48-27) 9:00 pm EDT

SALT LAKE CITY (Ticker) - Returning home from a disappointing four-game road trip, the Utah Jazz may look to Carlos Boozer for a boost in Saturday's matchup with the Seattle SuperSonics.

Utah (48-27) went 1-3 on its trip, although the win came against Houston (47-29), which is chasing the Jazz for the fourth-best record in the Western Conference and home-court advantage in the first round of the playoffs.

The Jazz are 1 1/2 games ahead of the Rockets. The teams meet here on the final day of the season.

Utah suffered a 107-103 loss at Sacramento on Friday in which Mehmet Okur scored 24 points and Boozer added 17. Boozer has averaging 23.3 points and 12.3 boards vs. Seattle this season, helping Utah to two wins in three meetings.

The Sonics are comming off Friday's 112-109 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers as Chris Wilcox had the best game of his career with a career-high 32 points and 18 rebounds. Wilcox will be matched up with Boozer.
