Herrmann leads Bobcats to first win in Milwaukee

Apr 15, 2007 - 3:43 AM MILWAUKEE (Ticker) -- Walter Herrmann scored a season-high 30 points on 12-of-15 from the floor as the Charlotte Bobcats posted a 113-92 win over the Milwaukee Bucks.

Alan Anderson added a career-high 24 points as the Bobcats hit nine 3-pointers and shot 60 percent (48-of-80) from the floor, and posted their first-ever win in Milwaukee.

Charlotte held a three-point lead (54-51) at the half but pulled away and led by 17 after three quarters.

Mo Williams played despite a sore knee and scored 16 points for the Bucks (27-52), who were without leading scorer Michael Redd (knee), Charlie Villanueva (shoulder) and Andrew Bogut (foot). Dan Gadzuric added 14 points and 14 rebounds for Milwaukee.

Charlotte (32-48) was also playing shorthanded. Gerald Wallace (knees) and Adam Morrison (knee) both missed the game.

Derek Anderson scored 21 points on 10-of-14 shooting from the floor for the Bobcats, who had been 0-5 all-time in Milwaukee and had never scored over 100 points in that span.
