Love leads Timberwolves past Bucks

Dec 22, 2011 - 3:44 AM Milwaukee, WI (Sports Network) - Kevin Love scored 10 of his 22 points in the final three minutes to lead the Minnesota Timberwolves to an 85-84 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks in each team's preseason finale.

Love also had 16 rebounds for his second double-double of the brief two-game preseason. Michael Beasley added 12 points and Luke Ridnour contributed 11 with six assists for Minnesota, which hosts Oklahoma City on Monday for its season opener.

Drew Gooden paced Milwaukee with 15 points, while Luc Mbah a Moute had 14 and Mike Dunleavy dropped in 13 for the Bucks, who head to Charlotte on Monday to open their season.

After a Beno Udrih jumper put Milwaukee up by a score of 84-73 with 2 1/2 minutes left in the fourth quarter, the Timberwolves scored the next 12 points while Milwaukee missed three shots, including a Jon Leuer shot at the buzzer, and turned the ball over twice to give the game away.
