Diaw, Henderson lead Bobcats past Knicks

"I think we started the game with a different mindset and were very disappointed by the game in Cleveland," Diaw said. "We needed a reaction and that came tonight. We know now what kind of basketball we have to play. We know what is a good game, and that's what we have to do. We have to reproduce what we did tonight."
Carmelo Anthony scored 32 points to lead New York, while Amare Stoudemire added 25 points and 12 rebounds, but the Knicks fell to 2-4. They were coming off Monday's home loss to Toronto,

After Toney Douglas' three-pointer midway through the quarter pulled the Knicks within five, the Bobcats went on a 9-0 run. Augustin drilled a three to start it, then ended it with a layup for a 54-40 advantage.
Charlotte held a 62-52 lead at the break and led throughout the third. He also capped the rally with a layup for a 79-67 lead, and the Bobcats were up by an 88-78 margin moving to the fourth.
