"He's a beast. He's done that his whole career," Kings head coach Mike Malone said of Crawford.
Blake Griffin added 21 points and 12 rebounds for the Clippers, who have won four consecutive games. DeAndre Jordan nearly had a triple-double in the triumph. He had 10 points, 15 boards and a career-high nine blocks.
Paul missed the game with a right hamstring strain. Paul injured the hamstring in the third quarter of Wednesday's game against the New York Knicks. Darren Collison got the start at point guard and netted 15 points.
Guard J.J. Redick exited in the first half with an apparent wrist injury.
"It's a sprained wrist and the x-rays are negative," Clippers head coach Doc Rivers said. "If it's his left hand, he'd be fine because he doesn't have one."
DeMarcus Cousins tallied 25 points, nine rebounds and six assists for Sacramento, which has dropped three straight and five of its last seven tilts.
The Kings trailed 94-89 with 1:51 left in regulation after Griffin sunk two free throws, but Greivis Vasquez nailed a 3-pointer and Ben McLemore knocked down a pair of foul shots with 17.7 ticks remaining to knot the contest at 94-94 and send it into an extra session.
A pair of Patrick Patterson layups to start overtime staked Sacramento a 98-94 cushion 1:05 into the extra period, but Los Angeles netted the final 10 points of the game.
After Jordan's hook shot tied the game midway through overtime, Griffin's dunk with two minutes left gave LA the lead.
Cousins then turned the ball over at the other end, which led to a Crawford jumper to make it 102-98 with 1:28 on the clock.
Mo Williams and McLemore both missed treys on back-to-back trips down the floor and Crawford sunk two foul shots with 21.4 seconds remaining to cap the scoring.
The Kings led 24-23 after a quarter of play before the Clippers outscored them 27-21 in the second to take a 50-45 cushion into the break.
LA took a 73-72 edge into the fourth.
