Reggie Jackson added 18 points, Durant had nine rebounds and six assists and Westbrook dished out 10 assists for the Thunder, who stretched their overall winning streak to eight games and moved to 13-0 at Chesapeake Energy Arena, the NBA's last unbeaten home team.
They are 21-4, the NBA's best record, and 16-1 in their last 17 games, with only one loss since Nov. 14.
Joakim Noah had 23 points and 12 rebounds to lead the injury-plagued Bulls, who have lost four in a row and seven of their last eight.
The Bulls were without Luol Deng (sore Achilles) and Kirk Hinrich (back). They fell to 3-11 since losing Derrick Rose to another knee injury.
The Thunder led wire-to-wire and pulled away in the second half, turning a three-point halftime lead into a 15-point advantage with 3 1/2 minutes left in the third quarter.
Durant and Westbrook combined for 17 points in the quarter and Durant's runner made it 79-64. The Thunder took an 84-72 lead into the forth quarter and the Bulls never got closer than eight the rest of the way. Oklahoma City led by as many as 19.
"I thought we did a good job in the second half of really being active on the ball and pushing them out of their comfort zone," said Thunder coach Scott Brooks.
Durant scored 12 points in the first quarter, missing just two of his seven shots, and the Thunder took a 35-24 lead into the second.
They led by 14 on Jackson's jumper four minutes into the quarter but the Bulls later used a 9-0 run to get within three. The burst was capped by back-to-back 3s from Tony Snell and D.J. Augustin, who completed a four- point play after he was fouled by Westbrook to make it 47-44.
Jackson and Durant responded with consecutive 3s for the Thunder, who carried a 55-52 lead into halftime behind 17 points from Durant and 15 from Jackson.
"I thought we still had a shot in the second half I thought we were within striking distance but we couldn't get the key stops when we needed them," said Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau. "They're good, you've got to give them credit but I thought our guys fought hard."
