"That is why they are the Spurs. ... They are used to winning with key players out," Mavs forward Brandan Wright said.
Marco Belinelli donated 17 points off the bench, while Tim Duncan added 16 points and 13 rebounds in three quarters of work.
The Spurs held Dirk Nowitzki to eight points on 3-of-14 shooting, though Monta Ellis had a solid game with 21 points and four assists.
Dallas got to the foul line just eight times while San Antonio shot an effective 23-of-26 from the stripe.
The Spurs jumped on top of the Mavs from the opening tip, going ahead by as many as a dozen in the first quarter and cruising into the break with a 45-38 advantage.
Either Parker or Duncan scored on the opening five possessions of the third quarter to extend San Antonio's lead to 55-42, and a 15-2 run near the end of the frame all but decided the outcome.
Parker opened the spurt with a three-point play, and Belinelli had seven points during it via a 3-pointer, a textbook drive to the rim and two free throws to give the hosts a commanding 80-59 cushion in the closing seconds.
The Mavs went down by as many as 29 in the fourth.
"A combination of playing pretty darn good defense tonight and them having a bad shooting night ended up in a good win for us on a back-to-back," said Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich.
