Delfino leads Raptors to preseason rout of Cavaliers

TORONTO (Ticker) -- The Toronto Raptors looked like they are ready for the regular season after a convincing 111-78 preseason victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Thursday.

Reserve Carlos Delfino scored a team-high 18 points while grabbing nine rebounds and All-Star forward Chris Bosh scored 12 points in his first game action since October 7 for Toronto, which is 4-2 in exhibition play. Bosh had missed the prior three games due to a sore left knee.

Point guard T.J. Ford looked in mid-season form handing out 13 assists through three quarters for the Raptors, who shot 47-percent (40-of-85) from the field .

Toronto also shot 55 percent (10-of-18) from 3-point range with seven different Raptors connecting from the arc. A 3-pointer by Darrick Martin with 45 seconds remaining gave the Raptors a 35-point lead - their largest of the game.

All-Star LeBron James scored a team-high 17 points and also had six rebounds and nine assists in 36 minutes for Cleveland, which dropped to 1-5 in preseason play.
