PORTLAND, Oregon (Ticker) -- The Portland Trail Blazers will try to knock the New Orleans out of the ranks of the undefeated when they meet Wednesday.

David West is also one of the reasons for New Orleans' impressive start. The 6-9 forward had reached double figures in each of his four games this season.

Portland won two of the three meetings in the season series last campaign - winning both games here.
