Still winless at home, Sonics host Pacers

Nov 30, 2007 - 4:12 PM Indiana (8-8) at Seattle (2-14) 10:30 pm EST

SEATTLE (Ticker) - In what could be their final season in Seattle, the Sonics have not given their fans much to cheer about so far this campaign.

Seattle hopes to get its first home win of the season on Friday, when it hosts the Indiana Pacers.

The Sonics have lost their last 11 home games - dating to last season - and are the only team in the league yet to win on their home floor.

Seattle fell to 0-7 at Key Arena this season with a 110-94 setback to Orlando on Wednesday.

The 2-14 record also matches the worst start in franchise history by the 1967-68 team - which was Seattle's inaugural season.

Kevin Durant leads the team in scoring, averaging 19.6 points per game. The rookie has scored at least 22 points in his last three games, but made just 6-of-21 shots in Wednesday's loss.

Indiana, meanwhile, has won two straight and four of five - all without Jermaine O'Neal - to climb back to .500 for the first time since November 10.

O'Neal has been bothered by a sore left knee and is listed as day-to-day.

Danny Granger has picked up the slack and is averaging 18.3 points per game. The New Mexico-product has poured in 21 or more points in four of his last five games.

The Sonics have won five of the last six meetings against the Pacers.
