Magic look to rebound at home against Hawks

Dec 10, 2007 - 1:53 PM Atlanta (9-10) at Orlando (16-5) 7:00 pm EST

ORLANDO, Florida (Ticker) -- The Orlando Magic boast the league's best road record but have not been as dominant on their home floor.

Orlando looks to get back on track at the Amway Arena when it hosts the Atlanta Hawks in a Southeast Division matchup on Monday.

The Magic are 11-2 on the road this season but after blowing a 15-point third quarter lead in Friday's 115-109 setback to Indiana, fell to a modest 5-3 at home.

Dwight Howard is averaging 23.5 points and a league-best 15.1 rebounds for the Magic. He has recorded a double-double in all but four of Orlando's games this season.

Rashard Lewis and Hedo Turkoglu are scoring 19.3 and 18.1 points per game, respectively, for the Magic, who are averaging an Eastern Conference-best 104.7 points.

The Hawks have won two straight games - including an 86-78 victory over Memphis on Friday - and are just one more win away from getting to the .500 mark for the first time since November 7.

Joe Johnson leads Atlanta, scoring 20.5 points per game, while Josh Smith leads the league in blocks at 3.56 per contest.

Atlanta won three of the four meetings last season.
