Bobcats aim to end struggles in Cleveland

CLEVELAND (Ticker) - The Charlotte Bobcats try to end their struggles at Quicken Loans Arena when they visit the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday.

Charlotte is just 2-11 away from home this season and things may not get better here, where the team is 0-5 all-time.

Nonetheless, the Bobcats are coming in confident after handing the Boston Celtics a 95-83 home loss on Wednesday. It was just the second loss for the Atlantic Division-leading Celtics at TD Banknorth Garden this season.

Jason Richardson tied his season high with 34 points for Charlotte, which is seeking its first three-game winning streak of the season. The Bobcats have not won three straight since a four-game winning streak from February 14-23.

The win on Wednesday followed another impressive victory as the Bobcats ended the New Jersey Nets' five-game winning streak with a 115-99 triumph on Tuesday.

Cleveland saw its four-game winning streak snapped on Wednesday with a 90-81 loss to the Atlanta Hawks. LeBron James scored 31 points and added 10 rebounds for the Cavaliers, who are seeking their fifth straight home win.
