Magic look to keep rolling on the road vs. Nuggets

DENVER (Ticker) -- The Orlando Magic aim to continue their dominance on the road when they visit the Denver Nuggets on Friday.

The Magic have been the NBA's best team away from home this campaign, posting a 16-6 record outside Amway Arena.

Orlando had no trouble picking up yet another road win during their last game on Wednesday. Dwight Howard scored 17 points and 17 rebounds to lead the Magic to a 113-106 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers.

Howard, who is averaging 22.4 points and 15.2 rebounds a game, logged his league-leading 32nd double-double of the season against the Clippers. The 22-year-old also leads all Eastern Conference centers in All-Star balloting.

The Nuggets are looking to get back on track after having a three-game winning streak snapped during their last game on Monday.

Despite 32 points from Allen Iverson, Denver struggled on the defensive end of the floor, allowing a season-high in points during a 137-115 setback to the Phoenix Suns.

The Nuggets have allowed over 100 points in six of their last eight games and are sixth-worst in the NBA, surrendering nearly 104 points per game.

Iverson, who was named the NBA's Western Conference Player of the Week, has been on fire lately, scoring at least 30 points in each of his last three games. For the season, the 32-year-old point guard is averaging a team-high 27.1 points.
