Bolden solid in first NBA pre-season start
Jul 12, 2017 - 1:51 AM Australian draftee Jonah Bolden has made the most of his first start in the NBA Summer League by scoring 13 points in Philadelphia's loss to Boston.Starting at centre, Bolden played 26 minutes and also contributed eight rebounds and two steals for the 76ers in the 88-83 defeat in Las Vegas on Tuesday.
His points tally included three three-pointers, shooting at 40 per cent around the court.
The performance follows a 16-point outing off the bench last week against Utah and comes amid rumours the 76ers may send him back to Europe for experience for the 2017-18 season.
Bolden, 21, played in Serbia before being taken at No.36 in this year's draft.
