Davis, Warriors look to continue momentum at Bucks

Jan 19, 2008 - 3:49 PM Golden State (24-17) at Milwaukee (16-23) 8:30 pm EST

MILWAUKEE (Ticker) - The Golden State Warriors complete a rugged four-game road trip on Saturday they visit the Milwaukee Bucks.

Baron Davis tied a career high with 40 points in Friday's 119-111 victory at Chicago. Davis and Monta Ellis played all 24 minutes in the second half.

Fatigue could be factor for Golden State, which is playing its fourth game in five days. Still, the Warriors have won four of their last five, scoring at least 100 points in all five games.

Golden State is seven games over .500 this late in the season for the first since the 1993-94 campaign.

Milwaukee, meanwhile, is well-rested, having not played since Wednesday's 87-80 victory over Atlanta. The win snapped the Bucks' three-game losing streak.

Andrew Bogut had his fourth straight double-double in the win, collecting 21 points and 10 rebounds.

Unlike Golden State, Milwaukee has struggled off late on offense, topping the century mark only three times in its last 12 games.
