Jazz look to end road struggles

LOS ANGELES (Ticker) - The Los Angeles Clippers try to add to the road woes of the Utah Jazz when the teams meet Monday.

Utah rebounded from a 120-107 road loss to the Denver Nuggets by coasting to a 106-88 victory over the Clippers in Salt Lake City on Friday.

Carlos Boozer recorded 19 points and 10 rebounds and the Jazz had all five starters in double figures.

It was the ninth straight home win over the Clippers for Utah, which is 17-3 at home. However, the Jazz are just 6-15 on the road.

The Clippers, who have lost 11 of their last 14 games, would like to contribute to the Jazz's struggles away from home.

Los Angeles enters with a bit of confidence as Corey Maggette scored 31 points in a 120-107 overtime win over New Jersey Nets on Saturday. Rookie Al Thornton scored 15 of his 22 points in the fourth quarter and overtime.
