Celtics visit Orlando looking for redemption

ORLANDO, Florida (Ticker) - The Boston Celtics visit the site of their first loss of the season when they take on the Orlando Magic on Sunday afternoon.

After winning their first eight games o the season, the Celtics suffered their first loss here, a 104-102 setback on November 18. Orlando has won five straight at home from Boston dating to 2004.

Boston did exact a measure of revenge with a 103-91 home victory against Orlando on December 23.

The Celtics, who are coming off an 87-86 victory over Minnesota on Friday, have gone just 5-4 in their last nine games. Kendrick Perkins scored 21 points and Kevin Garnett collected 10 and 16 rebounds against his former team.

The Magic dropped a 101-93 decision at Detroit on Friday. Dwight Howard, who is averaging 23.5 points and 10.0 rebounds against Boston this season, had 22 and 14 in, while Hedo Turkoglu led the team in scoring for the fourth straight game with 23 points.

Orlando has won three straight at home, where it is just 10-8 on the season.
