PORTLAND, Oregon (Ticker) - The Portland Trail Blazers hope to start a new home winning streak on Sunday when they host the Atlanta Hawks.

The Blazers, who were coming off a seven-game road trip, kicked off a six-game homestand with an 89-79 defeat to Houston on Friday.

Portland had a 12-game home winning streak stopped with its first loss at the Rose Garden since November 28.

The Hawks snapped a four-game losing streak with a 99-90 victory at Seattle on Friday. Marvin Williams scored a career-high 33 points to lead six players in double figures.

The teams are meeting for the second time in less than a week after Portland pulled out a 111-109 double-overtime triumph on Monday. Travis Outlaw made the game-winning basket with one second remaining.
