Wizards look for another win over Raptors

Jan 30, 2008 - 2:11 PM Washington (24-19) at Toronto (24-20) 7:00 pm EST

TORONTO (Ticker) - The Washington Wizards try to complete a home-and-home sweep of the Toronto Raptors when the teams meet Wednesday.

Despite playing without leading-scorer Caron Butler, the Wizards emerged with a 108-104 overtime triumph over the Raptors on Tuesday. Antawn Jamison collected 24 points and 20 rebounds and DeShawn Stevenson scored 20 points to pace Washington.

Butler, who is averaging 21.9 points, left Sunday's overtime loss against Milwaukee with a strained left hip.

Washington won on Tuesday despite a monster game from Chris Bosh, who had 37 points and 12 rebounds. It was the second straight 30-point game for Bosh, who is averaging 30.4 points in his last five games.

Jose Calderon had his third straight double-double for Toronto, which has won five straight games at home. Calderon had 23 points and 13 assists in Tuesday's loss.

Washington has won both meetings from Toronto this season.
