F McCree signs with Heat
Sep 19, 2017 - 12:13 AM The Miami Heat signed forward Erik McCree, the team announced Monday.Terms of the deal were not announced for McCree, an undrafted free agent out of Louisiana Tech, where he played for three seasons.
The 6-foot-8, 225-pound McCree averaged 14.9 points and 7.3 rebounds over three seasons at the school. He established career highs last season with averages of 17.7 points and 8.9 rebounds.
McCree, who shot 47.6 percent from the floor in 2016-17, became the sixth player in Louisiana Tech history to register at least 1,400 points and 700 rebounds in just three seasons.
