Magic hopes to end four-game slide at Pacers

Feb 2, 2008 - 3:33 PM Orlando (30-18) at Indiana (19-28) 7:00 pm EST

INDIANAPOLIS (Ticker) - The Orlando Magic will try to end their long drought at Conseco Fieldhouse when they visit the Indiana Pacers on Saturday.

Orlando hasn't captured a road win in the series in four trips.

While the Magic hopes to finally get over the hump here, they did push their winning streak to three games with Friday's 108-106 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers.

Hedo Turkoglu poured in 23 points and All-Star Dwight Howard had 17 and 14 rebounds in helping Orlando improved to 18-10 on the road - best mark in the entire league.

Indiana suffered its fifth straight game on Friday with a 106-103 setback to the Houston Rockets despite getting 22 points by Danny Granger.

"We have a new day (Saturday)," Pacers coach Jim O'Brien said. "You can't worry about the past."

Indiana guard Jamaal Tinsley made his return after missing the past three games with knee injury. The 6-3 veteran finished with two points and eight assists in 21 minutes off the bench.

In their last matchup, Granger and Tinsley combined for 47 points as the Pacers came away with a 115-109 victory in Orlando on December 17.
