Pacers, Knicks look to end losing streaks

Feb 6, 2008 - 2:50 PM Indiana (19-30) at New York (14-34) 7:30 pm EST

NEW YORK (Ticker) - Two teams looking to end long losing streaks meet Wednesday when the Indiana Pacers visit the New York Knicks.

The Pacers have lost a season-high seven straight games, while the Knicks are mired in their third six-game skid of the season.

Indiana continued its poor play Tuesday, suffering a 116-89 setback to the San Antonio Spurs.

New York is coming off a 103-94 home loss to the Los Angeles Clippers on Monday.

The Knicks squandered a nine-point halftime lead in their latest loss.

The Knicks were hampered by injuries against the Clippers as Nate Robinson was resigned to the bench with a bruised left quadriceps while Quentin Richardson was forced to leave the game after spraining his right ankle late in the first half.
