NBA Note - Portland Trail Blazers McCollum, CJ
Oct 15, 2017 - 8:27 AM G CJ McCollum has been suspended for the Blazers' season opener after leaving the bench during an altercation in Wednesday's preseason game. McCollum, 26, was given a one-game ban for the incident that occurred with 9:33 remaining in the fourth quarter of the Blazers' 113-104 preseason win against the Suns at Talking Stick Resort Arena. McCollum left the bench area when Portland's Caleb Swanigan and Phoenix's Alex Len got into a shoving match. Both Swanigan and Len were ejected.No one has shouted yet.
