Bosh, Raptors aim for season sweep of Pacers

Feb 29, 2008 - 3:01 PM Indiana (22-36) at Toronto (32-24) 7:00 pm EST

TORONTO (Ticker) -- The Toronto Raptors will look to sweep their season series with the slumping Indiana Pacers when the teams meet Friday.

The last time Indiana crossed the border, Chris Bosh scored 22 points to lead five others in double figures in Toronto's 110-101 on November 16.

A two-time All-Star, Bosh has held his own in 14 career games against the Pacers, averaging 19.9 points and 9.8 boards while shooting 45 percent.

The Raptors are seeking their first sweep over the Pacers since the 2000-01 campaign.

Toronto enters riding a four-game home winning streak after breezing to a convincing 107-85 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves behind 28 points from Bosh on Wednesday.

Indiana suffered its third consecutive loss with Wednesday's 113-107 loss to the Chicago Bulls despite 47 combined points from Mike Dunleavy and Travis Diener.

"We just have to find a way to make plays," Diener said. "In the fourth quarter, we kind of slow down for some reason, miss shots, don't get stops. One night it's this; one night it's that."

The Pacers have been without veteran big man Jermaine O'Neal (left knee) for 17 straight games while guard Jamaal Tinsley (left knee) has sat out for 12 of the past 15.
