Jazz look to bounce back on road against Bucks

Mar 12, 2008 - 10:30 AM Utah (42-23) at Milwaukee (23-41) 8:00 pm EDT

MILWAUKEE (Ticker) -- The Utah Jazz will look to rebound against the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday in the second game of a four-game road trip.

The Jazz, who have a 28-3 home record, fell to 14-20 on the road following a 108-96 loss at Chicago on Tuesday. The loss ended Utah's five-game winning streak.

Andrei Kirilenko started for the Jazz, scoring 12 points after missing three games with a sprained right hip following a hard foul by Dallas' Dirk Nowitzki on March 3.

Northwest Division-leading Utah is three games behind the Los Angeles Lakers and San Antonio Spurs in the race for the best record in the Western Conference. The Jazz are 16-8 against Eastern Conference teams.

The Bucks have lost three straight games and six of seven games overall, including Tuesday's 105-97 loss at Washington. Milwaukee's opponents are averaging 111 points and shooting better than 50 percent in the last seven games.

Bucks forward Desmond Mason left Tuesday's game in the third quarter with a bruised right knee but returned to the game in the fourth. Milwaukee guard Mo Williams (abdominal strain) and Bucks' forward Yi Jianlian (sprained ankle) each have missed four consecutive games.
