Miller, Sixers looking to run winning streak five games

Mar 21, 2008 - 1:34 PM Philadelphia (34-34) at Orlando (45-25) 7:00 pm EDT

ORLANDO, Florida (Ticker) - The Philadelphia 76ers would like to continue to fly under the radar in the Eastern Conference.

The Sixers will put their four-game winning streak on the line when they visit All-Star Dwight Howard and the Orlando Magic on Friday.

Last time out, Andre Miller had 28 points and 12 assists and Andre Iguodala scored 21 in Philadelphia's 115-113 victory over the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday.

The surging 76ers have lost just one in their last nine games to close within one-half game of the Washington Wizards (34-33) for sixth place in the East standings.

Despite getting a career-high 39 points from Hedo Turkgolu, Orlando came up on the short end of things with Wednesday's 87-86 setback to the Wizards.

The 6-11 Howard also is looking to rebound after posting being held to a season-low three points in the loss. The reigning dunk champion is averaging 18.9 points and 13.6 board in 14 career games against the Sixers.
