Magic shoot for rare road win against Bucks

Mar 28, 2008 - 10:35 AM Orlando (46-27) at Milwaukee (24-46) 8:30 pm EDT

MILWAUKEE (Ticker) -- The Orlando Magic will look to break a long string of road futility against the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday.

The Magic, who are closing on in the Southeast Division championship, are 3-18 in their last 21 games on the road against the Bucks, who have dropped out of playoff contention with only one win in nine games.

With a victory, Orlando can tie its record of 24 road wins in a season. The Los Angeles Lakers and Boston Celtics are the only teams with more road victories than the Magic, who are on the brink of winning their first division title since 1995-96.

Orlando has dropped three of four, including Tuesday's 107-97 loss to the San Antonio Spurs. Magic forward Hedo Turkoglu left the game in the second quarter with a sprained wrist and will be a game-time decision. He has averaged 23 points in his last four games against the Bucks.

Milwaukee center Andrew Bogut suffered a bloody nose in Wednesday's 115-96 loss to Atlanta but is expected to play Friday. The teams have split the first two games of the three-game season series, each winning at home.
