Magic go for fourth victory in five games
Nov 13, 2006 - 3:15 PM Orlando (4-3) at Boston (1-5) 7:30 pm ESTBOSTON (Ticker) -- The Orlando Magic have been hot and look to stay that way when they take on the Boston Celtics on Monday.
The Magic, winners of three of four, are coming off a 109-98 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Saturday.
Jameer Nelson led the Magic with 23 points while Dwight Howard had a monster game with 21 points and 22 rebounds.
The Celtics try to rebound from a painful 94-93 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday.
Boston scored the first 11 points of the game, led by 25 points in the third quarter and 19 in the final period but could not hold the lead.
Paul Pierce led Boston with 19 points and also grabbed nine rebounds while Sebastian Telfair scored 15 points.
