Celtics vs. Heat Game 3 Prop Bet for Saturday, May 21 (2022)
May 21, 2022 - 5:59 PMHere are the top prop bet and odds for today’s Game 3 matchup between the Boston Celtics and Miami Heat.
Jayson Tatum OVER 27.5 Points | -115 at Bet365
I won’t overthink this. The line is too low for Tatum. Despite Miami’s strong defense, he is the go-to guy for Boston and had 28 & 27 in the first two games. And both were blowouts as in Game 2 when he didn’t cover, Tatum played only 31 minutes compared to his 40+ per game in the playoffs. I believe Miami will keep it close enough for JT to play in the fourth. He has covered in 9/14 games this year’s postseason and 8/12 when playing more than 35 minutes. He also had 28+ points in 7 of L10 and 4 of L5. Despite being a very good defensive team, Miami is 22nd in 3PT allowed and 21st in FT allowed. Tatum is attempting a lot of 3’s and hits them at a good rate, averaging 3.5 3PTM per game on 39% shooting. I also like Butler’s over. Expect this to be a close game and both leaders to step up big time, trying to lead their team to 2-1 advantage in this Eastern Conference Finals matchup.
