Pacers aim for sweep of home-and-home series with Bucks
Nov 21, 2006 - 1:36 PM Milwaukee (3-7) at Indiana (5-5) 7:00 pm ESTINDIANAPOLIS (Ticker) - Jermaine O'Neal was absolutely dominant the last time the Indiana Pacers squared off with the Milwaukee Bucks.
O'Neal hopes for a repeat performance Tuesday when the Pacers host the Bucks in the finale of a home-and-home series.
Still recovering from offseason shoulder surgery, O'Neal has gotten off to a relatively slow start this season.
But the 6-11 forward broke out in Saturday's 102-100 victory in Milwaukee, scoring 20 points while collecting season highs of 12 rebounds and eight blocks.
Stephen Jackson scored 17 points for the Pacers while Darrell Armstrong drilled a pair of free throws in the waning seconds to give Indiana the lead for good.
Michael Redd scored 21 points and Mo Williams added 19, 11 assists and nine rebounds for the Bucks, who surrendered 67 points after the break and have lost six of their last seven games.
No one has shouted yet.
