Jazz look to remain perfect

Nov 7, 2008 - 11:24 AM Oklahoma City (1-3) at Utah (4-0), 9:00 p.m. EST

SALT LAKE CITY (Ticker) -- Even without starting point guard Deron Williams, visiting teams are having trouble defeating the Utah Jazz at EnergySolutions Arena.

Utah looks to win its fifth straight game - fourth at home - when it hosts the Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday.

The Jazz went a league-best 37-4 at home last season and have started the new campaign with three straight wins on their home floor. Utah defeated Portland, 103-96, on Wednesday.

Williams is not expected to play due to an ankle injury but the Jazz expect little trouble from the Thunder, whom Utah defeated in all four meetings last season when the franchise was known as the Seattle SuperSonics.

The Thunder are coming off a 96-83 setback against the Boston Celtics on Wednesday. Kevin Durant scored 17 points in the loss and leads the team at 18.3 per contest despite shooting 41 percent from the floor.

Oklahoma City ranks last in the league in scoring at 83.8 points per contest.
