Celtics aim to start new winning streak at Bucks

Nov 15, 2008 - 11:22 AM Boston (8-2) at Milwaukee (5-5), 8:30 p.m. EST

MILWAUKEE (Ticker) -- The Boston Celtics hope to bounce back from a rare loss when they visit the Milwaukee Bucks on Saturday.

Boston had its seven-game winning streak snapped on Friday, dropping a 94-85 decision to the Denver Nuggets at home.

The Celtics seemed to run out of gas in the fourth quarter as Chauncey Billups scored five points during a game-ending 10-1 run over the final three minutes.

Saturday's contest will mark the eighth contest in the last 12 days for Boston, which has beaten Milwaukee five straight times. The Celtics posted a 101-89 victory on November 7.

The Bucks will be looking for a season-high third straight win after defeating the Memphis Grizzlies, 101-9, in overtime on Friday.

Richard Jefferson scored 26 points and rookie Luc Richard Mbah a Moute had career-highs with 19 points and 17 rebounds.

Milwaukee is expected to still be without Michael Redd, who has missed the last six games with an ankle injury.
