Pistons can wrap up perfect road trip

Nov 16, 2008 - 8:38 AM Detroit (7-2) at Phoenix (7-3), 8:00 p.m. EST

PHOENIX (Ticker) -- The Detroit Pistons go for their fourth straight win when they visit the Phoenix Suns on Sunday.

Detroit lost its first two contests with Allen Iverson in the lineup, but has recovered during an impressive road trip.

The Pistons have won all three games on the West Coast, including Friday's 106-95 victory at the previously unbeaten Los Angeles Lakers.

Iverson scored 25 points and Rasheed Wallace had 25 and 13 rebounds in the win. Iverson is averaging 22.4 points and 6.4 assists in the five games with Detroit.

Phoenix is coming off a 97-95 victory over the Sacramento Kings in overtime on Friday, while point guard Steve Nash and forward Matt Barnes were suspended for their involvement in a scuffle during Wednesday's game against the Houston Rockets.

Amare Stoudemire is scoring 22.0 points to lead Phoenix, while Shaquille O'Neal is averaging 16.1 points and 9.2 rebounds.

Detroit swept the two-game series last season.
