Bosh, Raptors to face Wade, Heat

Nov 19, 2008 - 11:20 AM Toronto (5-5) at Miami (6-5) 7:30 p.m. EST

MIAMI (Ticker) -- Chris Bosh has been on fire of late. He just needs to get the rest of his team on board.

Bosh and the Toronto Raptors will look for their second win in the last five games when they face the Miami Heat on Wednesday.

The Raptors' superstar went off for 40 points and 18 rebounds on Tuesday but the other 10 players to see the floor for Toronto combined for only 50 in a 103-90 loss at Orlando.

Bosh is averaging 26.6 points per game, good for third in the NBA.

Point guard Jose Calderon, who ranks second in the NBA with nine assists per game, has missed the past two contests with a strained right hamstring.

Just in front of Bosh on the NBA's scoring list is Dwyane Wade, who is pouring in 27.1 points per contest. He matched a season-low with 19 on Tuesday, but chipped in 10 assists to lead Miami to a 94-87 triumph over the Washington Wizards.

The Heat, who posted the worst record in the NBA at 15-67 last season, have won two straight to jump back over .500.

This is the second meeting between the teams. The Raptors won, 107-96, at Toronto on Sunday, with Bosh scoring 27 to lead the way. Wade had 29 in a losing effort.
