Thunder still desperate for a win

Dec 16, 2008 - 2:43 PM LA Clippers (6-17) at Oklahoma City (2-23), 8:00 p.m. EST

OKLAHOMA CITY (Ticker) -- The Oklahoma City Thunder have been close to getting back into the win column, but have just not been able to get over the hump. They're hoping to change their fortunes on Tuesday.

Oklahoma City looks to snap a franchise-record, 10-game home losing streak when it hosts the Los Angeles Clippers.

The Thunder have dropped seven straight games since a victory at Memphis on November 29, but all seven contests have been decided by 10 points or less.

Jeff Green scored 33 points but Oklahoma City lost, 109-104, at San Antonio on Sunday. The Thunder had lost by four at Dallas on Saturday.

The Clippers are coming off their first back-to-back victories of the season with consecutive wins over Portland and Houston.

Zach Randolph had 30 points and 13 rebounds for his third straight double-double in Los Angeles' 95-82 triumph over Houston on Saturday.

The Clippers won the first meeting, 108-88, on November 19.
