EAST RUTHERFORD, New Jersey (Ticker) -- In the midst of its longest road trip of the season, the San Antonio Spurs should enjoy seeing the New Jersey Nets.

The Spurs go for their 13th straight win in the series when they continue their eight-game road trip on Tuesday against the Nets.

San Antonio, which is 2-1 during the stretch thus far, is coming off an impressive 105-99 victory at Boston on Sunday.

Matt Bonner scored 23 points and Roger Mason made the go-ahead 3-pointer with 20 seconds to play in the win. Tim Duncan had 23 points and 13 rebounds in his first game in six days after coach Gregg Popovich rested the All-Star in the Spurs' loss to Denver last Tuesday.

New Jersey had its season-high four-game winning streak snapped on Sunday, falling at the Orlando Magic, 101-84.

Devin Harris had 28 points and 12 assists to lead the Nets, who were without Vince Carter due to a hyperextended right elbow. Rookie Brook Lopez added 19 points and 12 rebounds to post the fourth double-double in his last five games.

The Nets have not defeated the Spurs in the regular season since November 13, 2002.
